We begin with a classic: ceviche, considered Peru's flagship dish. You will learn how to select the right fish, cut the ingredients, and combine fresh flavors like lime, chili, and cilantro. This activity is 100% hands-on—you will prepare your own ceviche under the chef's guidance!
🍹 "A Moment of Passion" – Passion Fruit Drink 15 min
We’ll take a refreshing break by preparing a natural drink made from passion fruit. You’ll learn how to combine tropical flavors to create the perfect refreshing beverage.
🔥 Cooking Class – Lomo Saltado 20 min
Now comes the action: the famous Lomo Saltado, an iconic dish of Peruvian Creole cuisine. After a brief demonstration, you will stir-fry the ingredients yourself in a traditional wok, mastering the technique of high-heat quick cooking.
