Description
We start the experience with pickup from your hotel or Airbnb in Cusco between 06:00 and 06:30 a.m. Then, we will travel approximately one hour in private transportation towards the town of Pisac, in the Sacred Valley. Upon arrival, we will head to the outskirts of the town to begin a 10 km (round trip) hike through rural paths surrounded by impressive Andean landscapes.
The first stop will be Laguna Kimsacocha (3,880 m), a quiet body of water surrounded by wetlands. We will continue to Laguna Azul Qocha (4,050 m), famous for the intense blue color of its waters, and finally ascend to Laguna Puma Qocha (4,200 m), the highest in the circuit, from where, if weather permits, you can observe spectacular panoramic views of the moors and snow-capped peaks.
After exploring the three lakes, we will descend back to Pisac to enjoy a traditional lunch with local products. After finishing lunch, we will take the private transportation back to Cusco, with an estimated arrival between 04:30 and 05:00 p.m. End of our experience.
