Description
DAY 1. CUSCO – OLLANTAYTAMBO – AGUAS CALIENTES.
The Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu Tour begins with pick-up from your hotel, heading to Ollantaytambo located in the Sacred Valley. Once there, we will take a train to Aguas Calientes.
Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, we can leave our belongings at the hotel and continue with a 30-minute trip to the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu. We will enter and do circuit 2, a route full of history and beautiful landscapes, and take the classic photo at the Guardian's House.
We will return by the same buses to Aguas Calientes. Next, we will go to a restaurant for lunch and you will have the afternoon free to visit the hot springs or explore the town.
DAY 2. TOUR TO MACHU PICCHU AND HUAYNA PICCHU – CUSCO.
We have an early breakfast at the hotel and head to the bus station. We will enter the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu again, but this time we will do circuit 4. This circuit is shorter because the focus is on the Huayna Picchu hike.
We will start the hike to Huayna Picchu with the guide's instructions. It is important to mention that entering with a guide is not mandatory, but if you wish, let us know. The ascent to this mountain takes about 1 hour; from the top, you can take incredible photos that few people get. On the way down, you can take the detour to the Temple of the Moon, a very interesting place to visit.
We will return to Aguas Calientes for lunch and you will have time to buy souvenirs if you wish. Then, we will take the train back to Ollantaytambo. A bus will be waiting to take you to your hotel in Cusco, ending our 2-day Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu Tour.

🚌 DAY 1 - Pickup and Transfer - 6:00 AM Start
The Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu Tour begins with pickup from your hotel, to go to Ollantaytambo located in the Sacred Valley. Once we reach this point, we will take a train to Aguas Calientes.
🚂 Panoramic Train and Arrival Transfer
Enjoy the scenic train ride through the Sacred Valley to Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, we can leave our belongings at the hotel and prepare for the visit to Machu Picchu.
🏛️ First Visit to Machu Picchu - Circuit 2 Exploration
We will enter the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu and do circuit 2. This tour is full of history and beautiful landscapes, we can take the classic photo at the guardian's house.
🍽️ Lunch and Free Afternoon Rest
We will return to Aguas Calientes for lunch at a restaurant. You will have the afternoon free to go to the hot springs or take a tour of the town of Machu Picchu.
☕ DAY 2 - Early Breakfast Energy
We have an early breakfast at the hotel to leave for the bus station. We prepare for the most exciting experience: the ascent to Huayna Picchu.

We will enter the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, but this time we will do circuit 4. This circuit is shorter because the tour in Huayna Picchu is prioritized.
⛰️ Ascent to Huayna Picchu (1 hour) Adventure
We will start the walk to Huayna Picchu with the guide's instructions. The ascent to this mountain will be 1 hour, from the top you can take incredible photos that very few manage to get.
Temple of the Moon (Optional) Mystical
On the way down you can take the detour to the Temple of the Moon, a very interesting place to see with mysterious Inca constructions on the mountain.
🚂 Return to Cusco End
We will return to Aguas Calientes for lunch and you will have time to buy souvenirs. We will take the train back to Ollantaytambo. A bus will be waiting for us to transfer you to your hotel in Cusco, ending our 2-day Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu Tour.
