Description
We start in the white city of Arequipa, where we will tour its beautiful historic center, including the Monastery of Santa Catalina, its imposing Cathedral and viewpoints with spectacular views.
Then we head to the impressive Colca Valley, home to the majestic Andean condor and unique landscapes such as the Vicuñas Reserve and the Mirador de los Andes.
After enjoying local traditions and a folkloric dance show, we will travel by bus to the imperial city of Cusco.
In Cusco we will explore its main monuments, Inca temples and nearby archaeological sites such as Sacsayhuamán and Qenqo.
The journey continues through the fascinating Sacred Valley of the Incas, visiting Pisac and Ollantaytambo, combining history and local crafts.
Then we will board the train to Aguas Calientes to rest before visiting the jewel of the trip: Machu Picchu, one of the Seven Modern Wonders of the World, where we will take a guided tour of this mystical Inca citadel.
Finally, we return to Cusco to conclude the trip with the transfer to the airport.

✈️ DAY 1: LIMA – AREQUIPA | CITY TOUR Start
After the morning flight Lima – Arequipa, we will pick you up at the Arequipa airport and transfer you to your reserved hotel. In the afternoon, we will start the City Tour in Arequipa, where we will visit the most emblematic places, starting with the famous Monastery of Santa Catalina. Then we will tour the Plaza de Armas and its beautiful Cathedral. We will continue to Plazoleta San Francisco, colonial houses, the Compañía de Jesús and the Yanahuara viewpoint. The tour ends at 18:00 hrs. Free dinner and overnight at the hotel.
🚌 DAY 2: AREQUIPA – COLCA VALLEY Transfer
After breakfast at the hotel, we will pick you up with our tourist transportation to head north on the highway. Along the way, we will appreciate the Chachani volcano and arrive at the Pampa Cañahuas, located within the Salinas y Aguada Blanca National Reserve. We will continue the route observing the Chucura snow-capped mountain and the Patapampa and Toqra lagoons. In the afternoon we will arrive at the Mirador de los Andes, from where we can see the Ampato, Hualca-Hualca and the majestic Cordillera de los Andes. In the afternoon we will arrive at Chivay, where we will stay at the reserved hotel. In the afternoon we will walk around the city of Chivay, visit the hot springs and finally enjoy a folkloric dance show.
✈️ DAY 3: COLCA VALLEY – AREQUIPA – CUSCO Flight
After breakfast at the Chivay hotel, we will return to Arequipa to take our flight to Cusco. Upon arrival in Cusco, we will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to your reserved hotel. Free afternoon for acclimatization to the altitude. Free dinner and overnight in Cusco.
�️ DAY 4: CUSCO | CITY TOUR AND RUINS Imperial
After breakfast, we will start our City Tour in Cusco visiting the Cathedral, the Temple of the Sun (Qorikancha) and the archaeological ruins of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay. Lunch included. In the afternoon, visit to the typical neighborhoods of San Blas and San Cristóbal. Free dinner and overnight in Cusco.
🚂 DAY 5: CUSCO – SACRED VALLEY – AGUAS CALIENTES Sacred Valley
After breakfast, we will head to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We will visit Pisac and its craft market, Ollantaytambo with its fortress and the Temple of the Sun. Lunch included at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we will take the train to Aguas Calientes. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Free dinner and overnight in Aguas Calientes.
🏔️ DAY 6: MACHU PICCHU Wonder
Very early, we will take the bus to Machu Picchu. We will enjoy a guided tour of the Inca Citadel, learning about its history and architecture. Free time to explore and photograph. Optional: ascent to Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain (additional cost). Lunch included. Return to Aguas Calientes in the afternoon. Free dinner and overnight.
🏡 DAY 7: MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO | END OF TOUR Final
After breakfast, free time in Aguas Calientes. Optional: visit to the Mandor waterfalls or thermal bath. In the afternoon, we will take the return train to Ollantaytambo and transfer to Cusco.
