Discover the best of Peru in 11 days with X Travel Perú, starting in Lima with a warm welcome, gourmet dinner and optional tour of Miraflores and Barranco.
From there, we fly to the Amazon to live an immersive experience in Tambopata: jungle walks, Sandoval Lake navigation, canopy bridges over giant trees, piranha fishing, cultural encounters with Ashaninka native communities and observation of unique fauna in the Loros Collpa.
Then we fly to Cusco to explore the mysteries of the Inca Empire: Sacsayhuamán, Andean rituals (offering to Pachamama), Qenqo and Tambomachay with guide explanations.

🛬 DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN LIMA – MIRAFLORES – BARRANCO Reception
Reception at the airport. Private transfer to hotel in Miraflores. Optional: custom tour of Miraflores and Barranco. In the evening, gastronomic welcome dinner.
✈️ DAY 02: LIMA – TAMBOPATA – PUERTO MALDONADO Transfer
Transfer to the airport and flight Lima–Puerto Maldonado (approx. 1h20). Reception in Puerto Maldonado, transfer and brief rest at the establishment; river journey to the Amazon Reserve Lodge. Ecological lunch, rest and afternoon exploration tour. Night observation from the boat and dinner at the lodge.
🛶 DAY 03: SANDOVAL LAKE – CANOPY
Breakfast and departure to the Sandoval Lake National Reserve. Navigation and observation of fauna such as river wolves and shansho. Piranha fishing and typical lunch in cabin. Visit to the canopy (hanging bridges) at 35–40 m; option to overnight in treehouse.
🌿 DAY 04: GAMITANA GORGE - NATIVE COMMUNITIES
River crossing to Gamitana Gorge; exploration of aquatic fauna. Visit to Ashaninka native community with cultural activities: clothing making, food preparation, fishing and traditional dances.
🔭 DAY 05: LOROS COLLPA - MADRE DE DIOS MARKET - CUSCO
Very early visit to Loros Collpa for fauna observation (possible sighting of ocelot or jaguar). Breakfast at the lodge, return to Puerto Maldonado and visit to Madre de Dios Market. Flight to Cusco and welcome in the city; free afternoon and evening.
👣 DAY 06: CUSCO
Pickup at the hotel and tour of the Plaza de Armas. Visits to Sacsayhuamán, Andean rituals (offering to Pachamama), Qenqo and Tambomachay with guide explanations.
🏔️ DAY 07: CUSCO - SACRED VALLEY
Departure to the Sacred Valley. Stops at Taray (panoramic views), Pisac (archaeological site and artisan market), arrival in Urubamba for gourmet lunch at hacienda, afternoon in Ollantaytambo and accommodation at Sacred Valley hotel.
🚆 DAY 08: SACRED VALLEY - AGUAS CALIENTES
Free morning at the hotel. Board the exclusive Hiram Bingham train to Aguas Calientes (approx. 2h30). Assistance upon arrival and check-in at hotel; free afternoon or optional activities with guide.
🏞️ DAY 09: MACHU PICCHU NATIONAL SANCTUARY
Transfer to the Sanctuary and ascent by CONSETUR bus. Guided tour of Machu Picchu: Temple of the Sun, Temple of the Condor, Three Windows, urban sector and Aclla Wasi. Free time to explore and return to Aguas Calientes or Cusco according to program.
✈️ DAY 10: CUSCO - LIMA
After breakfast, transfer to Cusco airport and flight to Lima. Reception and transfer to hotel; in the afternoon, time to enjoy Peruvian gastronomy in first-class restaurants or free activities.
