RAINBOW MOUNTAIN ATV TOUR
Rainbow Mountain ATV Tour, is designed to make your tour more accessible and with a better view of the mountain of colors during your visit. Likewise, give you the opportunity to enjoy the landscapes offered by the Andes, and the different species of flora and fauna. In addition, our guides are in charge of a group of 8 participants and 1 assistant is included. OVERVIEW
First, our tour that will start in Cusco at 5 am, with him pick you up from your hotel. Then, we will go to the Mountain Restaurant to have breakfast. Afterwards, we will go to the town of Japura, since we will be able to practice with the ATV for 15 minutes, with the necessary safety equipment, before leaving on tour.
Finally, we will go to the rainbow mountain by ATV for 15 km / 2 h approx. Meanwhile, throughout the tour we will see llamas, alpacas and vicuñas, until we reach the parking lot in the Qosqopata sector. Afterwards, we will walk for 30 minutes until we reach the rainbow mountain viewpoint. In the same way, the guide will give us the explanation of the rainbow mountain, and will give you 30 minutes to take photos and videos of this beautiful place.
Finally, a 30-minute walk back to the Qosqopata parking lot and 15 km by ATV back to the town of Japura. While our transport waits to take us to La Montana Restaurant where we will have a buffet lunch. After lunch, we will return to Cusco at 4 pm approx.

- First pick up from your hotel at 4:00 am.
- Transfer from Cusco – La Montana Restaurant (Breakfast) 2 h approx.
- Then, 15-min ATV practice.
- Next Japura – Qosqopata – a 2 hour/15 km drive to the ATV parking lot.
- While we walk to the Rainbow Mountain viewpoint, 1 h.
- Also, explanation of our guide and free time for photos and videos, 30 min.
- Then I walk back to the parking lot in Qosqopata 30 min and return by ATV for 2 hours.
- Later, Japura – La Montana Restaurant, we will enjoy a buffet lunch.
- Finally, return to Cusco at 4 or 5 pm approx.
